Great customer service, rooms were very clean and comfortable, breakfast buffet had a good selection of food to choose from. Everyone was very hospitable. Would gladly return for future visits.
My stay was wonderful. However, the proximity of a dance hall to all the rooms made sleeping difficult. I also neglected to mention the fireworks display.
Is an old hotel but they just did renovation. The personal is very kind. The rooms are of good size and clean. Good parking lot. The restaurant is OK, the food is good. Finally is a walk distance from the downtown area.
Beautiful experience here! The hotel is huge! Our family took advantage of the mine tour located at this place! Great story behind it. Service was top notch! Definitely a place to stay! Loved it.
I loved my stay. The pool was a bit limited when you were able to enter, and the elevator to the pool was broken, so we had to go a long way through the stairs. The TV stopped working, and they weren't able to fix it. There was only one restaurant, for a hotel that size. It was good though.
From my point of view the Hotel Don Miguel is really nice to assist to professional meetings and conferences because the place have a lot of different and big event halls. I am assisting to the State Congress of Pediatrics and I am feeling really confortable. I prefer this place than others because Hotel Don Miguel have a parking room for each event hall and it is pretty nice in my opinion.
A nice hotel. Ask for the cabains, rooms are great with kitchen, small living/dining room. Price is ok. It is not very neear to downtown. Is a quiet place to rest. There is nothing near there if you have no car.
we stayed in a villa, is clean, friendly, and the most convenient parking ever, we never use the pool or the restaurant, so no comments there
